Caleb and Riley are joined by Karen Wagner and Erica Baird, the co-founders of Lustre, a community of women who are redesigning what retirement looks like.

Erica’s journey is nothing short of remarkable. Erica attended NYU Law School and became the first female partner in the General Counsel’s office of one of the Big 8 accounting firms. Karen, on the other hand, nurtured a deep-seated ambition to live in the heart of New York City from her globe-trotting childhood years. This desire led her to also attend NYU Law School, and led to an illustrious career as a corporate litigator.

Both Erica and Karen see retirement not as the end, but as an opportunity to pivot, to leverage their experiences and skills into a new venture.
